Winter Retreat 2011

Theme: servanthood
This retreat was seriously the most memorable for me... intense stuff mang.
Mmm I'll just bullet point.
- took us five hours to get up to the mountains.. T_T deadly hours of farts and smelliness asdfghjkl
- snowed on friday & saturday! the snow was like pure and gentle and light LOL and it was so pretty like winter wonderland yenno? but it was soo cold... 13 degrees one night
- I knocked out so fast everyday=_= barely got to talk and play games til late cus I was so tired & past my bedtime so yah
- the food was good !! I think we all lost weight cus there was like no junk food to eat during free time and stuff LOL and no ramen or anything :'(
- going ddong was main..LOLOL stunk up the whole room.. everyones poo was like rat droppings no joke T_T high elevation always does that + everyone gets gassy HAHA
- I think I really learned a lot.. my mind set was good cus I went up reminding myself not to fool around during service and stuff. so I really know everything pastor tim told us :)
- the praise team...<33 so. good..... everybodys like in love with them but BACK OFF GOSH !! heh but seriously they're all so good lookin and o0o0o :)
- omg and the lead singer knew me cus my cousins in his band and yeah :') thank you cousin <3
- the drummer LOOOLOkJsbeiwhwkal so good... embarrassing though when they all chanted my name to go up and play T_T gawwd so much pressure..y u do dat? I wouldve went up if only they asked but everybody?? sigh no thnx LOL
- oh and when we sat with them and played cards with them <33 laughed a lot and we rreally connected HAHAHA jk =_= but yeah he was supposed to do a dare ):
- k enough about them.. oh but he's 19 HAHA k jkjkjkjk....THE SNOW. omg snowball fights and tackles T_T outta nowhere like all the middle schoolers threw snowballs in my shirt and my face and hair and everywhere .... I was white all over..
- and another time, Irenena told me to get teacher keziah with her . so she threw it first and when I threw it she turned around and it hit her face LOLOL so I was like O ShoOt and fast walked away cus we'll fall if we run.. butshe started sprinting to me and tackled me into snow and my whole body was buried.. then outta nowhere teacher edith comes and puts my face in the snow and makes me eat it LOOOL!!
- German torture with poor little bby irenena and jennycho HAHA
- omg the balloon with Oreos hAHA =_=
- skits ... fail. BUT we got 4th place.. HAHA they shouldve just said from 4th argh.
- k now for the best part of retreat .. the last day. we were reading the part where Jesus cleans his disciples feet. so after , the teachers set up bins with water for us to wash each others feet too.. sounds funny right? but nobody took it as a joke.. washing someone feet..Haha didn't know it could be so emotional T_T everyone was just crying and praying for each other... even people I barely talk to came up to me and just prayed. & even little sixth graders came up to me and started crying :'( I love how we even had like praise team prayer together and it was so touching and yeah. tear* even prayed with my sister which I never do. I really like felt the Holy Spirit in the room.. I was shaking and we just couldn't stop crying. After that we had praise again and everyone was so happy with tears of joy :) felt good to just let everything out with prayer and after I felt so happy and light :) definitely one of the most emotional & spiritual & best night of my lifee. we all know when somethings super emotional when you see darky crying after a good prayer :')
- the girls just talked at night about like cof HAHA but me and ashley knocked out so early UGH .. but wtvs.
- snack shop LOLOl h8 it.
- ate ice snow water.. yumyum
- everyone knocked out on the way back & then my mom took me to eat the best kimchijjigae ever <3
- the accident with the other church gave me the chills.. what if that was our bus T_T ahh . how scary.. :(
- seniors last retreat. they were in a different group so we barely go to playT_T but I hope they all had a memorable last retreat :) I will surely miss them all next year -sigh- can't believe I'll be a senior..
- I feel like I got closer to everybody tooo<3 from little middle schoolers to ma gurlz. brothers&sisters in Christ 4 evr <3
